All transactions at Lokoada are final. We provide various secure payment methods. Items will be sent automatically after our system verifies your payment.

• Make sure the information you entered is correct.
• Typing errors in usernames are not our responsibility.
• Verified payments cannot be cancelled unilaterally by the buyer.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (intangible goods), we do not offer refunds after the item has been successfully delivered to your account, unless a double system error occurs.

3. Account Security

Any digital product purchased is subject to the terms of service of the platform from which it originated. We cannot be held responsible for any consequences (such as blocking or loss of access) arising from violations of these terms.

4. Prohibitions & Abuse

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Performing chargebacks or fake payment disputes.
• Using stolen credit cards or illegal payment methods.
• Attempting to hack or exploit Lokoada website security vulnerabilities.

Violations of these points will result in a permanent ban (Blacklist) from all our services.

5. Virtual Currency & Items

All items purchased are only valid on the intended server. These items have no real money exchange value and cannot be cashed out.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lokoada is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss or game server disruptions.
